The Vineyard Hotel hosted Paul Cluver Wine Estate on Friday 30th for their monthly #tastesof2017 #foodandwinepairingdinner.
The evening started with a choice of pre drinks. After Roy Davies (Hotel GM) had welcomed the guests, Andries Burger (Winemaker) went through the wines for the evening. Chef Paul finished off with the menu details and the guests went through for dinner.
A few weeks ago the chefs, managers, media and staff from the estate met at the hotel to put together the special menu. As you can imagine it was an enjoyable event. Great food components and great wine let to the creation of a delicious menu.
